Alex made his LMP2 debut with Boutsen Ginion Racing partnering John Hartshorne and Khaled Al Mudhaf. With very little seat time and no testing, Alex was one of the quickest on the circuit during the race and in damp condition drove from 16th to 2nd place during his first stint.

Alex teamed up with novice racer Tom Jordan for the Radical UK Cup. Tom grew his pace throughout the year and the pair won at the final race of the year.

Result: Pole position, fastest lap and 3rd place in the race.
Alex’s debut in the Le Mans Series saw him take pole at his first attempt before leading the race. Unfortunately mechanical gremlins lost the team time. They recovered to take a podium.
